BINGE reveals first look at COLIN FROM ACCOUNTS season three

Gordon, Ashley and Colin are officially back, with BINGE on Wednesday unveiling a first look at the long-awaited third season of its hit comedy Colin from Accounts.

While the new trailer confirms the next chapter is almost here, it also arrives after Foxtel’s Dan Monaghan suggested during a Screen Forever session earlier this year that season three would “likely be the last one for now“, although neither Foxtel Group nor the producers have officially confirmed the show’s future.

The eight episode third season, which entered production in Sydney earlier this year, picks up after Gordon’s ill fated proposal, with the pair attempting to move on from past embarrassments while juggling work, family tensions and new friendship dramas that continue pulling them back into each other’s lives.

Joining Patrick Brammall and Harriet Dyer this season are Thomas Cocquerel, Nikki Shiels and Mark Trevorrow, alongside returning favourites Emma Harvie, Genevieve Hegney, Michael Logo, Helen Thomson, Darren Gilshenan, Virginia Gay, Annie Maynard, Celeste Barber, Justin Rosniak and Tai Hara.

Foxtel Group Executive Director of Entertainment Content Dan Monaghan said Colin from Accounts had become a rare Australian success story that continued to connect with audiences around the world, highlighting BINGE’s ongoing investment in Australian storytelling.

“Colin From Accounts has become one of those rare shows that feels unmistakably Australian while connecting with audiences around the world.”

Since premiering in 2022, Colin from Accounts has become the Foxtel Group’s most watched original scripted series, earning Logie, AACTA and Gotham Award honours, along with a BAFTA TV Award nomination, while finding audiences in more than 100 countries worldwide.

The series is produced by Easy Tiger Productions and CBS Studios, with Trent O’Donnell directing four episodes and Madeleine Dyer the remaining four.

Season three premieres with a double episode on BINGE and Foxtel On Demand on 27 July, before the remaining episodes stream weekly..
