Living with a disability, fetching water from elsewhere was difficult. Despite repeated complaints, nothing changed—until a video of her struggle reached IPS Shraddha Narendra Pandey, SP of Kanpur Dehat. She stepped in, involved the concerned authorities, and soon, water began flowing from Neetu’s tap.
Grateful, Neetu travelled 25 km with her daughter to meet the officer. The moment they hugged, she broke down in tears.
