Sometimes the hardest part of skiing is getting up before dawn and driving hours — in heavy traffic and wintry conditions — to get to the mountain. That’s why living near your favorite ski area is so nice. While proximity to ski mountains can cost you, there are several properties on the market near New Hampshire’s ski areas for under $1 million — some considerably under.
Each home on this list is less than 10 miles from one of the Granite State’s many mountains and resorts, so you can get a good night’s sleep, have breakfast, and still get there when the lifts open.
