eUAE Pro League finals set for Abu Dhabi

The UAE Pro League has announced the sixth edition of its eUAE Pro League, with the final stage set for Pixoul in Abu Dhabi on May 30 and 31.

The esports competition allows players to represent UAE Pro League clubs in a football gaming tournament linked to one of the world’s most popular football game franchises.

Registration closed on May 14, before the qualification stage took place from May 16 to 19. The draw for the final stage will be held on May 24.

Qualified players will then compete across the quarter-finals and semi-finals during the two-day finals at Pixoul.

The tournament is open to UAE nationals and residents aged 16 and above. It’s part of the UAE Pro League’s bigger push into the esports market, where football clubs are trying to reach younger fans through gaming and digital content.

The league said the event has continued to grow in viewership, media attention, and participation from the gaming community since it first launched.

Prize money has been set aside for the top three finishers. The winner will receive AED 25,000, second place will earn AED 15,000, and third place will take home AED 10,000.

The tournament champion will also receive the chance to attend the Esports World Cup as a spectator.

Matches will be shown on the UAE Pro League’s official Twitch, YouTube, and TikTok channels.
