Lizzie Dankert. – Conte Funeral Home

Elizabeth A. Dankert, April 11, 2002 – May 14, 2026

Lizzie was born on a beautiful Spring day in Boston. The lilacs were on full display, fragrant and cheerful. The Red Sox and Yankees were in town. It was a banner Boston day. A future indication of all of the love and fun and beauty that would highlight her life.

A graduate of Central Catholic, Lizzie attended Union College where she majored in English. In addition to playing soccer, Lizzie was a tutor in the college writing center.

A treasured daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin, and friend to so many, she radiated joy and light and happiness in every space she filled.

She engaged with all genuinely and sincerely making anyone in her presence feel like the only one in the room.

Her greatest joy was found in tight and meaningful relationships, time in nature, the beach, a beautiful view, and new adventures.

She worked hard for the things she valued. She was a tremendous soccer player and played at the college level. This competitive spirit and fierce determination served her very well later in her sales role at PTC.

She was brave, bright, disciplined, funny, non judgmental, smart, persistent, and always showed up with her signature sparkle.

Lizzie’s beautiful spirit will be with us forever and continue to light our days with love.

Lizzie is survived by her parents Peter and Nancy Dankert, her brother Peter Dankert Jr. and his fiancée Alaina Barton, her sister Katherine Dankert, and her brother Thomas Dankert.

Lizzie is also survived by her grandmother Nancy A. Dankert and her many wonderful and loving Dankert and Higgins aunts and uncles and cousins who loved her like their own. Lizzie is also survived by many exceptional lifelong friends.
