Forget waving a tiny American flag — this Fourth of July, Dunkin’ wants you to sip your iced coffee from the head of a bald eagle.
The coffee-chain launched its limited-edition “Eagle Cup” ahead of Independence Day and in celebration of America’s 250th anniversary, the company announced Monday in a press release.
“Whether you’re sipping a vibrant Refresher or a classic iced coffee, this collectible turns every drink into a celebration,” Dunkin’ said.
Available nationwide for a limited time, the reusable “Eagle Cup” features a clear 24-ounce tumbler topped with a sculpted bald eagle head that doubles as a lid, complete with a small opening for a straw. The $10.99 purchase also includes a medium beverage, Dunkin’ said.
Customers who purchase the “Eagle Cup” will also receive a promotional code that unlocks $3 medium Dunkin’ Refreshers and Zero drinks for 30 days after activation. According to Dunkin’, the code must be activated and redeemed by July 31.
Dunkin’ is also rolling out seasonal Fourth of July beverages that pair with the clear “Eagle Cup” — so your drink can be even more patriotic.
The Eagle Cup is available for a limited time at participating Dunkin’ locations while supplies last. Availability may vary by store, Dunkin’ said.
