Sarah: If you’re a vintage member of the Hot Pink Palace, you might be familiar with Freebird, my older child who was born the same year as this website. He’s in college studying jazz trombone, and his ensemble from last year, the Two O’Clock Lab Band from the University of North Texas, just released a CD.
I’ve mentioned how I listen to instrumental music while I work, and this is now on my rotation, not just because my kid has a solo. If you’d like some jazz, you can stream it on YouTube Music, Spotify and all the places.
