A teaser trailer for The Forgotten Saintess and Her Foodie Roadtrip TV anime has been released. A July broadcast premiere window was also revealed.
The Forgotten Saintess and Her Foodie Roadtrip (Suterare Seijo no Isekai Gohantabi Kakure Skill de Camping Car o Shokan shimashita) adapts the light novel series written by Yoneori and illustrated by Akane Nito. The light novels’ premise sees female protagonist Rin being summoned as a saint to another world, only to be rejected after being deemed a failure. Armed with the ability to discover the true value of something under specific conditions, Rin sets out on a journey via a summoned RV and runs into an adventurer, who asks her to be his party’s chef after tasting her cooking.
The light novel series began in 2020 and has six volumes as of 2024. It is published under the KADOKAWA BOOKS label/imprint.
