Studio Ghibli Fest is returning to U.S. theaters nationwide in 2026 with seven anime film screenings, including Ponyo and My Neighbor Totoro, among others. The announcement was first made at this year’s CinemaCon conference.
The screenings will run from June 2026 to October 2026 and are being organized in partnership with GKIDS and Fathom Entertainment. The seven Studio Ghibli anime films will be released in both the original Japanese language with English subtitles and in English dub. Special “extra content” will also be included for each screening.
