Praja Vani in-charge G. Chinna Reddy and Divya Devarajan releasing the pilot project report on the implementation of Praja Vani in Adilabad district, in Hyderabad, on Tuesday.
Chief Minister’s Praja Vani in-charge and State Planning Board Vice-Chairman G. Chinna Reddy said that a progressive ideology helps in understanding the root causes of issues brought to Praja Vani (public grievance forum) and paves the way for their resolution. He said Praja Vani, which is currently functioning at the State and district levels, has been expanded by the State government to the divisional level.
“The government also intends to conduct Praja Vani at the mandal level in the coming days,” he added.
He, along with CM Praja Vani State Nodal Officer Divya Devarajan and organisers, released the pilot project report on the implementation of Praja Vani in Adilabad district on Tuesday at Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Praja Bhavan.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Chinna Reddy said that officials and staff should respond positively to applicants who come to Praja Vani with various problems. Only then will they see happiness on the petitioners’ faces.
Mr. Chinna Reddy added that people’s problems are being resolved with patience at CM Praja Vani.
