NSW Police are reviewing footage showing an officer pushing a woman before she falls to the ground during a protest.
The video, filmed about 6.20am on Monday, appears to show a group of pro-Palestine protesters standing in front of a police vehicle during a Wollongong Friends of Palestine demonstration.

The group began a picket outside Bisalloy Steel in Unanderra, south of Wollongong, on Sunday night, protesting the company’s links to Israeli defence contractors.
In the footage, a woman can be seen near the front of the vehicle before being moved away by an officer.
She then appears to return to the area while filming on her phone.

A second officer approaches the woman and physical contact is made, after which both the woman and the officer fall to the ground.
The officer then gets up and walks away with other officers while bystanders move to assist the woman.
The police vehicle subsequently leaves the area.
Greens senator David Shoebridge, who posted the video on social media, described the incident as “appalling”.
“Time and time again, from the Town Hall protests to this week’s bisalloy picket, police brutalise protestors and protect industries and organisations that deliver violence,” he wrote.
“Enough is enough.
“My Greens colleagues and I are calling for an independent investigation into what appears to be another case of appalling police violence.”
NSW Police said it was aware of the video and that the incident was under review.
