Henderson was unable to finish the game Sunday after he was tackled from behind in the second quarter.
Schefter said Henderson, 23, is “regarded as a quick healer” and the Patriots are hopeful he will return soon.
Now in his second season, Henderson has a total of 163 rushing yards and one touchdown this season. Henderson missed the season opener last month due to an ankle injury.
He was not the only injury on Sunday, as starting left tackle Will Campbell also left the game after going down with a knee injury in the second quarter.
