NRLW returns for 2026 with every match live and free on NINE

The 2026 NRLW season gets underway tonight, with Nine once again bringing every regular season match, Finals fixture and the Grand Final to viewers live and free.

The Sharks host the Knights in the opening match of the season from 7.30pm tonight, with every game set to air across the Nine Network and streaming on 9Now.

Nine’s coverage spans all 11 rounds of the regular season, the six team Finals Series and the Grand Final, with all 12 clubs featured throughout the competition.

Round 1 continues across the weekend with the Titans taking on the Roosters, followed by the Dragons facing the Raiders and the Broncos meeting the Cowboys on Saturday.

Sunday’s schedule sees the Eels host the Tigers before the Warriors take on the Bulldogs, while NRLWRAP also returns with the latest news and analysis from across the competition.

Nine Head of Partnerships and Strategy Simon Fordham said the broadcaster remained committed to showcasing both the on field action and the stories behind the players throughout the season.

“Every year these athletes and teams rise to a new level and we’re committed to showcasing their stories both on the field and off, with our dedicated women’s rugby league show NRLWRAP joining our line up as well.”

Hosted by Bronte Gildea, Nine’s coverage will feature commentary and analysis from Ruan Sims, Millie Elliott, Allana Ferguson, Billy Slater, Andrew Johns, Cameron Smith, Johnathan Thurston, Brad Fittler, Phil Gould and Paul Gallen.

Brenton Speed, Peter Psaltis, Mat Thompson and Anthony Maroon will call the action, with Marlee Silva reporting from the sidelines.
