Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court has extended permission for US national Matthew VanDyke and six Ukrainian nationals to remain outside India in connection with the Myanmar training camp case. The special court granted an extension allowing VanDyke to travel to the United States on health grounds, while the six Ukrainian nationals were granted exemption from personal appearance on medical grounds and permitted to join proceedings via video conference. The National Investigation Agency informed the court that its investigation into alleged terrorist activities linked to the Myanmar training camp remains ongoing, with a supplementary charge sheet to follow.
