She brought a personal, warm, and dedicated approach to helping clients find their dream homes and their smartest investments, from off-plan opportunities in District One and Creek Harbour to premium villas across Dubai Hills and Meydan. Her fluency in English and Swedish helped her connect with an international mix of buyers, and her eye for style and presentation set her apart in a city where first impressions carry real weight.
Today, Linn has built a reputation as a trusted name in Dubai’s high-end property scene, known for her polish, her instinct for premium positioning, and her ability to turn a listing into a story a buyer wants to be part of.
Three years ago, Linn built her own team in Dubai real estate, a step that let her scale the same personal, dedicated approach across more clients without losing the quality that built her name.
At the same time, she managed to raise a portfolio of AED 4.75 million to AED 500 million in the span of 3 years, with a profitability margin of 40% despite international and regional conflicts such as COVID 19, Russia – Ukraine war and the Middle East conflict. To date, there has been no loss made with her in any investment category verbatim.
That same year, she also invited her brother out to Dubai to help host her clients, combining the best service possible from the moment someone arrives in the city. It gave her clients somewhere even more personal to turn to: whether someone is searching for their next investment or simply planning a holiday, Linn is the person to reach out to.
A Taste of Bali
Alongside her Dubai portfolio, Linn has also worked on property sales in Bali, a brief but meaningful chapter that broadened her perspective beyond the Gulf and reinforced her instinct for lifestyle-driven real estate in markets defined by beauty and desirability.
Expanding Into the GCC – and Into Iraq
As her experience grew, Linn looked beyond Dubai to the wider region. Iraq became an important part of that expansion, where she moved into property sales and gained first-hand experience in a market still finding its shape, one requiring flexibility, patience, and a willingness to build relationships from the ground up.
It was this expansion into Iraq that opened the door to something unexpected: a business entirely outside real estate.
From Property Sales to Nordic Flow
Having built genuine roots in Iraq through her property work, Linn saw a gap and a lack of dedicated wellness spaces designed for women. That insight became NORDIC FLOW, a women-only pilates studio now opening in Baghdad.
Movement has always been part of Linn’s story. Her training background was instilled early, through family, and she competed in gymnastics from the age of six to nineteen, years of discipline that shaped how she thinks about the body, structure, and space. Nordic Flow is where that foundation meets her Scandinavian aesthetic sensibility and hospitality-driven approach to service.
Nordic Flow represents the natural next step in Linn’s story: an entrepreneur who doesn’t limit herself to one industry or one country, but instead builds wherever she sees both opportunity and purpose. What began as a real estate expansion into Iraq has become a wellness brand of its own, proof that Linn’s ambitions move fluidly between property, lifestyle, and the businesses that connect with people’s everyday lives.
