Dubai Police were among the winners as more than 1,000 runners took part in the seventh edition of the DXB Snow Run at Ski Dubai.
The event was held on Sunday, May 17 with runners racing over 3km and 5km on the indoor slopes at Mall of the Emirates.
Athletes aged 13 to 70 took part, including 327 Emiratis.

Pia Hansske won the women’s 5km race after completing five laps in 24 minutes and 41 seconds. Paola Garcia finished second in 27:44, with Gabriela Fatu third in 27:48.
Egor Mishutin won the men’s 5km race in 20:32. Yon Moreno was second in 20:46, while Vegard Hansske took third in 21:40.
In the 3km race, Sophie Geddes won the women’s category in 18:25. Liset Burguera followed in 20:21, one second ahead of Olga Belokrylova.
Mohammed Al Hassani won the men’s 3km race in 13:38. Yeison Londono Franco finished second in 15:25, with Omar Al Mehairi third in 16:03.
Team Dubai Police won the team race with an average time of 16:37. C4 MOE finished second in 28:33, while The Five took third in 29:53.
Rashed Mohammed Abdulla, Head of Events Planning and Execution at Dubai Sports Council, and Mohammad El Etri, Managing Director UAE and Oman at Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment, presented trophies to the winners.
Ski Dubai and Dubai Sports Council will return to the venue next month for HYROX in the Snow, a functional fitness and endurance event scheduled for Sunday, June 28.
