The Commonwealth Games have been rocked by another scary injury during the men’s all-round gymnastics final at the Glasgow International Arena.

Singapore’s Jovi Loh was putting the finishing touches on a great routine when he attempted a double front half dismount.
But the 18-year-old’s landing didn’t stick at all, and he immediately went down clutching his knee.
He could be heard grimacing in pain before cameras cut away.
“Oh dear. We’ll come back to that in just a moment because poor Jovi Loh has had a nasty landing,” Olly Hogben said in commentary.

A short time later, Loh could be seen taken from the arena on a stretcher.
“We wish all the very best to a great young athlete,” Hogben added.
Loh, who was making his Commonwealth Games debut, was forced to withdraw from the remainder of the event.
It’s the second serious injury of the Games after Langton’s horror fall on the opening day of competition.
The 18-year-old came off the high bar and landed on his head and neck in horrific scenes.
Team England said the teenager has escaped any serious injury.
“Gabriel was transferred to the hospital as a precautionary measure overnight and underwent multiple scans today, with very positive results,” they said in a statement.
“Thankfully, he has been cleared of any serious injury complications and will be discharged to return to the team hotel this evening.
“He is in good spirits and hugely grateful for the many messages of support and the excellent care provided by the medical teams. He is looking forward to being reunited with the team to celebrate his silver medal.”
Langton had pulled off an impressive floor and rings routine to help put England in a position to defend their Birmingham title before they eventually finished in the silver medal position.
He was absent from the podium when teammates Luke Whitehouse, Alex Yolshin-Cash, Josh Nathan and Adam Tobin received their medals.’
Langton’s accident appeared to have an affect on his shaken team, white Whitehouse admitting: “It was really tough.
“We just had to reset, try to put it to one side mentally and focus on the job we had to do. I think everyone should be proud of the way we carried on after Gabe’s fall.”
