Abdullah Ejaz is a celebrated former Pakistani model and actor who rose to fame as one of the country’s top male models. He won a Lux Style Award in 2006. He successfully transitioned from modelling to acting and appeared in Geo TV’s shows Piya Mann Bhaye, Nail Polish, Tera Mera Rishta, Silsilay, and Hum Sab Umeed Se Hain. He also appeared in Tamasha Season 3, showcasing his personality to a new generation of fans.
Abdullah Ejaz got married to his university fellow from business school, and the couple has two adorable children. Currently, he is working as a commercial director.
Recently, Abdullah Ejaz appeared on Wasim Shah’s popular talk show Zabardast with Wasi Shah, where he revealed the painful reason behind leaving modelling.
Talking about his struggle, Abdullah Ejaz said, “I am directing commercials, and the reason behind this is that I got very bad sciatica pain. The issue started one and a half years ago, and it was so painful that I couldn’t even sit. The backache was so severe that I used to eat while lying down. It was a tough time for me and my family, especially for my wife Rabia, who went through a very difficult time. I don’t know why it happened; maybe my overtraining caused it. It happened all of a sudden, but the pain was prolonged. My wife has been a very tough woman, as she has an army background. She is an iron lady, and she took care of me so well.” Watch here:
