At 19, Aaron Ngwa Che left Bafut, Cameroon, and travelled to the UAE carrying a straightforward expectation: he was going to build a better future.
When he arrived in 2021, he believed that future would begin on the ground as an aircraft loader or unloader. He could not have known then that the opportunity ahead would take him much further into the aviation industry.
What began as a job search became a five-year career transformation.
Through Dulsco Group, Aaron entered aviation as a cargo agent and gradually moved into supervisory responsibilities across passenger and cargo operations. Today, he works in cargo operations as an ACI Supervisor supporting Etihad Airways Cargo, where compliance, coordination and operational precision are part of his everyday responsibilities.
His story is ultimately about something more powerful than a job title: what can happen when determination meets an opportunity—and when that opportunity is treated with consistency.
A Different Beginning In The UAE
Moving from Cameroon to the UAE at such a young age meant starting over in almost every sense.
There was a new country to understand, a new workplace to navigate and an unfamiliar industry to enter. After quarantine and company assessments, Aaron was deployed as a cargo agent.
The role introduced him to an environment where timing matters, teamwork is essential and small operational details can have significant consequences.
