Kashish Music released ‘Bewafa Se’, a new music video featuring Neil Nitin Mukesh and Kashika Kapoor. Produced, composed and written by Abhishek Thakur, the track explores love, heartbreak and betrayal through a story about relationships, emotional conflicts and memories that remain even after love takes an unexpected turn.

The music video brings Neil and Kashika together in a narrative that focuses on the emotional aftermath of a relationship. Through the track, Neil explores a more restrained and vulnerable side of heartbreak, highlighting how unspoken feelings and lingering memories can sometimes express more than anger or confrontation.
Speaking about the project, Neil said, “What drew me to ‘Bewafa Se’ was the emotional honesty of its story. Heartbreak is not always about anger or confrontation; sometimes, it is about the things left unsaid and the memories you cannot escape. I wanted to approach the character with restraint and allow the emotions to unfold naturally. Music has a unique ability to bring back people and moments from our lives, and I hope audiences find that personal connection with this song.”
Kashika Kapoor, who also features in the music video, spoke about the conflicting emotions that often accompany the end of a relationship. According to the actor, portraying heartbreak required her to look beyond visible sadness and capture the complicated feelings that can persist even after a relationship has ended.
Kashika said, “The most difficult part of heartbreak is that your feelings do not simply disappear when a relationship ends. You can be hurt by someone and still cherish the memories you shared with them. That contradiction makes these stories so human. With ‘Bewafa Se’, I wanted to portray the vulnerability and emotional conflict in a way that feels honest and relatable, rather than exaggerated.”
Through ‘Bewafa Se’, Abhishek Thakur brings together music and storytelling to explore the lasting impact of love and betrayal. Backed by Kashish Music, the track features Neil Nitin Mukesh and Kashika Kapoor in a story that centres on the emotions people experience when relationships change and shared memories remain.
