In less than a week, South Australia will find out which of its restaurants have earned a MICHELIN Star.
The MICHELIN Guide South Australia 2027 selection will be revealed at a ceremony at the Adelaide Convention Centre at 6:30pm on Wednesday, October 14, and streamed live on MICHELIN’s YouTube channel. It’s the guide’s first Australian edition, and it covers the whole state, from city dining rooms to the Barossa, McLaren Vale, the Adelaide Hills and beyond.
Six South Australian stays have already been recognised in the MICHELIN Key selection, but which restaurants have made the cut remains tightly under wraps. So who’s getting the stars? We want to know who you’re backing.
Make your picks below and we’ll turn them into a tile for your Story or feed. Can’t see your pick? Add it to the list. Picks close when the ceremony begins, so come back once the stars are announced to see how you went.
Here’s a sample tile to show you how it works…
