Without the financial freedom to pursue university immediately after secondary school, Wong entered the workforce at a young age. His first full-time opportunity happened to be in human resources, a field he soon discovered he genuinely loved. From Necessity To A Lifelong Profession
Wong’s early years taught him something that would remain central to his philosophy: meaningful careers are not always born from perfect circumstances.
He learned HR from the ground up, working at different levels and understanding the realities of organisations through experience rather than theory alone. As his career developed, he continued his studies in HR while gaining exposure to different companies, industries and working environments.

Over the past year, that evolution has accelerated.
Wong has been strengthening his Services business while simultaneously developing Treelis, a B2B marketplace focused on creating a global partnerships ecosystem. Beginning from Singapore, the platform is being developed with ambitions to expand across countries and regions.
Alongside this, he is also developing HRMS technology designed to support businesses across the employee lifecycle.
Individually, each initiative addresses a different business need. Together, they form something more ambitious.
Building Brick By Brick
The bigger vision is integration.
Services provide expertise. Partnerships create connections and opportunities. Technology provides infrastructure that can support businesses through different stages of their employee and organisational journeys.
Wong sees these elements not as isolated ventures, but as interconnected parts of one ecosystem.
