Adelaide café favourite Zitto has officially opened its sixth location, bringing its popular all-day dining menu to the newly transformed Prospect Central as the shopping centre continues its major redevelopment.
The new venue welcomed its first customers on Thursday August 6, marking Zitto’s latest expansion across Adelaide as it joins existing cafés at Hillcrest, Golden Grove, Tea Tree Plaza, Elizabeth and Castle Plaza.
To celebrate the launch, Zitto is offering 50% off all food from August 6 to 9 for customers who spend a minimum of $50.
Zitto’s usual all-day dining menu is available, with brunch dishes, burgers, seafood, schnitzels, desserts, specialty coffee and fresh juices available throughout the day.
However, a spokesperson for the café said that “there are a few exciting extras that make this location feel special,” with the café the first Zitto to feature a chocolate fountain and gelato offering.
She also told Glam Adelaide that Prospect’s strong sense of community and support for small businesses made it a natural fit for the new location.
“Prospect has such a vibrant, community driven energy, and that’s exactly what Zitto thrives on,” she said.
“The area is growing, full of young families and professionals, and we felt Zitto’s welcoming, lively café culture would fit beautifully here.”

The new venue is designed to reflect the look of their other venues, seating 160 guests across its indoor and outdoor areas.
“Expect a warm, modern, lively café atmosphere, a space that feels welcoming from the moment you walk in. Clean lines, cosy seating, friendly service and that signature Zitto buzz that makes people want to stay a little longer,” she said.
“We hope Zitto becomes a place where Prospect locals feel at home — a spot for quick coffees, casual meals, dinner favourites, celebrations and everyday moments.”
The spokesperson said the business remains focused on maintaining the same customer experience across every location as it continues to grow.
“Prospect proudly becomes Zitto’s sixth Adelaide café, and we’re incredibly proud of how the brand has grown while staying true to its roots of great food, great coffee and genuine service,” they said.
