Australian customers have had their say on which brands are best when it comes to health, car and pet insurance, as well as superannuation.
At a time where major brands have been losing customer trust, Canstar has revealed those winning the support of everyday Australians.

On car insurance, Apia was awarded for an easy claims process and quick turnaround time.
Queensland Country Health Fund won health insurance for comprehensiveness of cover and clear policies.
On roadside assistance, three brands came out on top, rated for value for money, roadside response and cost. Allianz, RACV and NRMA all received top honours.
Those with pets rated Pet Insurance Australia as the go-to for customer service.
And for superannuation, thousands voted Vanguard as best value for money with low fees and competitive investment returns.
“We all want to see our super balance grow and I think this award really reflects our members’ confidence in Vanguard Super to deliver great returns with low fees,” Vanguard’s Renae Smith said.
Canstar’s Sally Tindall said it’s important to do your research before choosing a financial product.
“It’s really important to be picking a financial product, not just based on one award, but looking at all the different inputs to make sure it’s the right fit for your finances,” she said.
The list was created out of real-world experiences, giving customers real insight to consider.
