A Rooftop Experience Above the City
Located at the top of Paramount Hotel Midtown in Business Bay, Malibu Sky Lounge overlooks some of Dubai’s most iconic landmarks, including Burj Khalifa, Sheikh Zayed Road, Palm Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf.
Instead of the traditional afternoon brunch, guests can enjoy the experience after sunset, creating a completely different atmosphere with city lights, music and an elevated nightlife vibe.
The event takes place every Friday from 8:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

Soft Package – AED 350
- International buffet
- Sushi and seafood

House Package – AED 525
Everything included in the Soft Package, plus unlimited house spirits, wines and beers.
Premium Italian Sparkling Package – AED 699
Includes everything in the House Package, along with premium Italian sparkling beverages.
Shisha is available at an additional cost, while premium bottles and items outside each package are charged separately.
Chef Ivan Martinez Leads the Menu
The culinary experience is led by Chef Ivan Martinez, whose Californian-inspired approach blends international flavours with locally sourced ingredients.
Guests can expect fresh seafood, sushi, live cooking stations and a wide selection of desserts alongside the rooftop entertainment.
