Drawing on material from her personal archives, the production includes home movies, photographs and new interviews with Minogue, offering insight into both her public image and private experiences. The series also explores periods of public scrutiny, personal loss and illness, and how these moments have shaped her career.

Directed by Emmy and BAFTA Award winner Michael Harte — whose previous work includes Three Identical Strangers, Still: A Michael J. Fox Movie and BECKHAM — the project is produced by John Battsek’s Ventureland, the team behind titles such as The Deepest Breath, WHAM! and BECKHAM.

The documentary features contributions from Minogue’s collaborators and family, including Dannii Minogue, Jason Donovan, Nick Cave and Pete Waterman, providing additional perspectives on her career and influence.

According to the production, the series focuses on the connection and impact of Minogue’s music across multiple generations, while presenting a closer look at the person behind her public persona.

The series will consist of three episodes and is produced by Ventureland, with John Battsek credited as producer and Michael Harte as director.

An Australian premiere date for Netflix has not yet been confirmed.
