India’s ‘Eyes’ in the Cosmos to Track Climate Disasters

Three engineers met while working on tools to help doctors see the human eye clearly, and their mission evolved into something beyond the confines of earth.

“Whether you are imaging a retina or the Earth, the responsibility is the same. You must see clearly, and you must see in time to act,” says co-founder Sanjay.

This remarkable satellite has reduced dependence on foreign equipment, and can track ships, monitor crops and forests, and observe infrastructure.
