YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) leader and former MLA Malladi Vishnu on Monday submitted a 12-point petition to the NTR District Collector Lakshmisha, raising multiple public issues and accusing the coalition government of administrative failure.
Later, speaking to the media, Mr. Vishnu highlighted the illegal transport of sand in NTR district and claimed that large quantities of it were being transported to Telangana without any checks. He accused officials of inaction.
