A teenager has been arrested after a 23-year-old woman was stabbed to death at a regional NSW city on Saturday morning.
Police were called to a home in the Wagga Wagga suburb of Kooringal just before midday on September 19.
Paramedics and police performed CPR on the 23-year-old, but she died at the scene.

An 18-year-old man was arrested at the scene and taken to Wagga Wagga Police Station. According to police, another man fled the home before emergency services arrived.
All parties are believed to be known to one another.
Investigations are underway and anyone with information is being urged to contact Wagga Wagga Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
