Starbucks is starting 2026 on a flavorful note with the launch of its new winter menu, introducing a mix of wellness-focused drinks, indulgent chocolate creations, and the return of a fan-favorite flavor. The new menu arrives at Starbucks coffeehouses across the United States from January 6, 2026.

This season’s lineup reflects growing demand for high-protein beverages, viral flavor trends, and comforting winter classics.

Caramel Protein Drinks Join the Year-Round Menu

Starbucks has expanded its permanent offerings with two new caramel protein beverages, available hot or iced and customizable with classic or sugar-free caramel syrup.

  • Caramel Protein Matcha blends unsweetened matcha with protein-boosted milk and caramel syrup, delivering up to 31 grams of protein in a grande.

  • Caramel Protein Latte features Starbucks Espresso Roast combined with protein-enhanced milk and caramel syrup, offering up to 29 grams of protein per serving.

These drinks are designed for customers seeking both flavor and functional nutrition.

Dubai Chocolate Drinks Make a Limited-Time Debut

Inspired by luxury chocolate trends and Starbucks’ most viral drinks of 2025, Starbucks is introducing Dubai Chocolate beverages for a limited time this winter.

  • Iced Dubai Chocolate Matcha combines matcha, pistachio sauce, milk and ice, finished with chocolate cream cold foam and a salted brown-buttery topping.

  • Iced Dubai Chocolate Mocha features espresso, chocolate mocha sauce and milk, topped with pistachio cream cold foam and the same signature topping.

Pistachio Becomes a Permanent Favorite

Starbucks’ popular pistachio flavor is officially back—and this time, it’s here to stay year-round. The winter menu includes several pistachio-based drinks:

  • Pistachio Cortado

  • Pistachio Cream Cold Brew

  • Pistachio Latte (hot or iced)

  • Pistachio Frappuccino and Pistachio Crème Frappuccino

New Food and Snack Additions

The winter menu also introduces new food options, including:
