A Honkai: Star Rail animated short featuring the characters Silver Wolf and Screwllum, with a cameo from Kafka, has been released.
The animation is titled “Is This Game Even Playable?” and sees Silver Wolf and Screwllum duking it out. Fantasier Animation was involved with its production.
The following character exchange is included in the video description:
“So, you let that Stellaron Hunter brat hack into your home base, and even your virtual avatar got beaten into a pile of spare parts?”
“Yes, Madam Herta.”
“You couldn’t beat her, so you kicked her offline? Pfft… Hahahahahahaha!”
“Correction: It is not about winning or losing. In that children’s game, another matter is more worthy of our attention.”
“Oh, you mean that Cartridge. The power of the Elation… It’s more than just that.”
“More.”
Earlier this month, the miHoYo-developed free-to-play RPG received a MAPPA-produced concept trailer and a video for its third anniversary song, “Side Quest King.”
April 22 will see the launch of Honkai: Star Rail’s Version 4.2 update, “So Laughed the Masses,” which includes 5-star characters Silver Wolf LV.999 and Evanescia and the Trailblazer’s Path of Elation among its new content.
