More new housing is coming to the neighborhood.

According to Universal Hub, the Boston Zoning Board of Appeal has approved plans to convert the former LogMeIn office building at 320 Summer Street into 145 apartments with ground-floor retail space. The project is part of the city’s office-to-residential conversion program and will include 29 income-restricted units.

The brick-and-beam building has been home to office space for years, but the conversion is expected to bring more residents to the neighborhood while preserving the building’s historic character.
