The Seven Network has added the long running AFL program to its streaming platform for the remainder of the 2026 season, giving fans another way to catch the weekly football discussion show.
The move marks a further integration between Seven and Southern Cross Austereo following SCA’s acquisition of Seven earlier this year, with The Saturday Rub becoming the latest content offering to be shared across the combined business.

Hosted by James Brayshaw, Billy Brownless, Bernie Vince and Damien Barrett, the program has remained a staple of Triple M’s AFL coverage, combining analysis, breaking news and opinion with the lighter moments that have helped build its loyal audience.
After airing live on Triple M each Saturday, The Saturday Rub will be available to stream on 7plus Sport from 3.00pm AEST, beginning with Round 12 coverage this weekend.
The addition strengthens Seven’s growing AFL content lineup on the platform, which also features full match replays, mini matches, pre and post game coverage, plus programs including The Front Bar, The Agenda Setters, Unfiltered and Sunday Footy Feast.
The Saturday Rub is now streaming on 7plus Sport for the remainder of the 2026 AFL season.
