Riga Same
Riga had several days in her life where it was the same old fucking crap. Same crap different day. Many in the call centre when she was an agent early on. Complaining customers wanting their phone service restored. They seemed to forget their bill needed paying! Why sign for a monthly contract when you struggle to pay? They begged Riga the agent to restore their service. If I do that I can lose my job she explained. Plus, the system will suspend it again. You need to pay it to get the service. You know this. On and on it went. Half the calls ended in sup calls being escalated. Later in her career an older Riga took many of them. Early on it really pissed her off. She asked why she was doing it? Same crap different day. To pay her bills and taxes. Bill and the tax man get lots of money. All mine! Same crap. Later she realized it was all part of the system. Just as she was. By being the best, she made the system better. It took a while to see this. All the crap stressed why do I bother days adding to that. You had to go through the shit to reap the rewards. Down the years she was rewarded many times. More times than she had bad times.
