The Italian silk maxi dress featured a halter-style neckline and a plunging back, with a knotted detail at the waist, which cinches the midsection rather artfully. The watercolour-inspired palette of the flowy dress made it perfect for resort, but stylists Wayman Bannerman and Micah McDonald imagined the look for a panel discussion in the French Riviera with thong sandals by California-based label Frēda Salvador, a pink diamond necklace, a stack of rings and a Rolex Day-Date 40 watch. This marked Chopra’s first major appearance for the revered watch brand after she was announced as its newest brand ambassador.
For beauty, makeup artist Morgane Martini opted for a bronzed complexion with defined lashes, blushed cheeks and vibrant pink lips, while hairstylist Luke Pluckrose styled Chopra’s hair in centre-parted curls.
