Pakistan has achieved another major milestone in equestrian sports as Usman Khan has secured the top position in the latest rankings issued by the International Equestrian Federation (FEI).
According to the newly released FEI rankings for the Middle East and Africa Zone, Usman Khan has once again claimed the number one position in the Africa Zone.
With this achievement, Pakistan has also moved to the top position in the combined Middle East and Africa Zone rankings.
Sources stated that the FEI ranking system consists of six eventing zones in total. These zonal rankings play a key role in determining qualification and standings for the World Championship.
It is noteworthy that Usman Khan had previously maintained the number one position continuously from 2019 to 2021. His return to the top spot is being described as a historic milestone for equestrian sports in Pakistan.
