The winning numbers were 26, 30, 10, 34, 16, 5 and 12. The Powerball was 11.

Thursday’s prize is the second-most lucrative of 2026.

It was also a milestone moment, taking the collective amount won in division one since the first draw on May 23, 1996 past $9 billion.

There has now been 588 division one winners in the game’s 30-year history.

“Not surprisingly, Powerball has created some of the most memorable moments in Australian lottery history,” The Lott spokesperson Matt Hart said.

“It holds the record for the biggest jackpot – a $200 million prize drawn on 1 February 2024 and shared by two players.

“Powerball also created Australia’s biggest individual lottery winner – a South Australian man scored $150 million in May 2024.”

A Victorian man claimed the biggest lottery prize of the year — $80m draw — in February.
