The evergreen forward has also been instrumental in Canberra’s return to Finals football in recent seasons and will continue under Head Coach Antoni Jagarinec in 2026/27.
“It’s an honour to be back at Canberra United for another season,” Heyman said.
“Canberra United is a Club that is very close to my heart and to be able to continue my career here is something that is very special for me.”
“Now, I’m looking forward to putting in the hard work with the team and the coaching staff, and focusing on being even better than last season and bringing silverware to the Club.”
A legend within the domestic game, Heyman’s international career has also seen her earn 87 Matildas caps and represent Australia at FIFA World Cups AFC Asian Cup and Olympic Games.
