A man has been arrested after two men were found dead at the same property 15 days apart in northern NSW.
Police were first called to a property on Summerland Way in Gurranang, about 25km north of Grafton, about 3pm on September 13 following reports a man had been found dead inside.
The man was later identified as a 79-year-old and a crime scene was established as police began investigating the circumstances surrounding his death.

Officers returned to the property on Monday to conduct further inquiries when they made a second grim discovery.
The body of another man was found inside a shed about 3.40pm.
NSW Police Superintendent Joanne Schultz described the discovery as “extremely confronting”, saying officers had not expected to find another body.
The second man is yet to be formally identified, but police believe he was 59 years old.
Schultz said the man was not from the area and had been visiting the property.
Police believe he had died within the previous 24 to 48 hours.
She said both men had suffered similar injuries that were consistent with foul play.
The two men were known to each other.
Following further investigations into both deaths, police arrested a 32-year-old man at a hospital in Grafton about 12.20pm on Tuesday.
He was released from hospital before being taken to Grafton Police Station as investigations continue.
