Leeds have smashed Newcastle 4-1 at Elland Road and risen to third in the Premier League.
The Whites dominated throughout, with several standout performances on a fabulous night for Daniel Farke’s men.
Ao Tanaka’s deflected strike, which eventually went down as a Lewis Miley own goal, kicked off the scoring, before a Dominic Calvert-Lewin header that bounced off Jayden Bogle made it two.
Calvert-Lewin got his deserved goal with a clever strike into the bottom-right corner before a half-volley from Noah Okafor saw Leeds go 4-0 up.

Newcastle got a consolation through Bazoumana Toure getting his first Premier League goal.
Farke’s side started the game very positively and had an early call for a penalty after the ball appeared to hit Matias Fernandez-Pardo on the arm, but the officials did not award a spot-kick.
Ethan Ampadu had an opportunity 11 minutes in, catching the ball sweetly on the half-volley, which inadvertently deflected off his striker, Calvert-Lewin.
Bogle thought he put the home side ahead after a brilliant shot on the turn, which was well-tipped behind by Lukas Hornicek.

Newcastle were forced into an early change for a concussion substitution, with Nico Gonzalez coming off for Sean Steur.
Bogle again went close just inside the penalty area, hitting a strike on the volley that Hornicek punched over.
Leeds finally got the breakthrough thanks to a deflected effort by Tanaka off of Miley.
The Japanese picked up the ball on the edge of the penalty area, taking a double deflection, ricocheting off Miley past a helpless Hornicek.

One soon became two after a mistake by substitute Steur, who gave possession away on the edge of his own penalty area.
James Justin whipped in a beautiful cross that was headed superbly by Calvert-Lewin, deflecting off Bogle to make it 2-0.
The English striker nearly scored not long after Hornicek struggled to deal with Gabriel Gudmundsson’s cross, which eventually fell to Calvert-Lewin, but the Czech was able to save.
Newcastle’s first proper attack came from Yoane Wissa, who went down after a challenge by Nico Elvedi, but the Toons’ striker dived in the process, which went unnoticed by referee Michael Salisbury.

The ball fell to Harvey Barnes, who could not find a way past James Trafford in the Leeds goal.
A perfect first half for Leeds was completed with Calvert-Lewin getting his deserved goal after a fantastic move saw the striker slot home.
Anton Stach nearly made it four in the second half after more sloppy play by Newcastle, but the German could not convert.
Okafor soon made it four just before the hour mark with an instinctive strike that gave Hornicek no chance.
Joe Willock had a decent effort at goal, trying to give the away supporters something to celebrate, but Trafford denied him.
Toure got a consolation late on after Tino Livromento’s cross, which was turned home by the Ivorian for his first Premier League goal.
Leeds saw out the proceedings to go third in the Premier League.
Newcastle boss Matthias Jaissle was dealt his first defeat in English football, describing the loss as “tough”.
He told Sky Sports: “That’s football, that’s the Premier League. It was clear from the start, and I said many times we would have ups and downs and challenges along the way. Tonight we faced a challenge.
“It’s tough, really tough, difficult to digest. This is a chance to learn straight out of it, and there’s not much time to the next match, which is good.
“With our young squad, there will be ups and downs. Leeds are so intense, especially at home, and we could not match that physicality in the first half. I don’t want to have excuses; we need to learn and be better. We missed the fundamentals.”
