The most unlikely comeback story in Hollywood history finally reaches home screens. After a lifetime of catastrophic ACME product failures, Wile E. Coyote hires down-on-his-luck lawyer Kevin Avery (Will Forte) to sue ACME Corporation, taking on the company’s slick corporate counsel, Buddy Crane (John Cena). Kevin’s niece and intern, Paige (Lana Condor), along with Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Tweety, Yosemite Sam, Foghorn Leghorn and the rest of the Looney Tunes gang, all appear. Originally completed in 2023 and shelved by Warner Bros. for a tax write-off, the live-action/animated hybrid was eventually rescued by indie distributor Ketchup Entertainment, produced by James Gunn, and released theatrically in August 2026, where it grossed over $100 million worldwide and holds a 96% on Rotten Tomatoes.

Lego One Piece (September 29)
Six months after season 2 of the Netflix live-action One Piece series concluded, the Straw Hat Pirates return in brick form. This two-part animated special uses Usopp’s perspective as its framing device. The Straw Hats’ most spectacularly unreliable narrator recounts the crew’s adventures across the East Blue to Tony Tony Chopper, who joined later and missed the early chaos. The entire live-action English cast reprises their roles, including Iñaki Godoy as Luffy, Mackenyu as Zoro, Emily Rudd as Nami and Jacob Romero as Usopp, among others. Seven LEGO One Piece sets launched on August 1 to coincide with the special.
