Netflix debuts an eight-part Colombian limited series based on the harrowing true events of the 1985 Palace of Justice takeover. On November 6, 1985, the M-19 guerrilla commando unit forcibly entered the building, taking over 300 people hostage, including Supreme Court justices. The series recreates the initial assault, the military’s subsequent recapture of the building the following day, and the decades-long legal battles pursued by the victims’ families.
