Land auction fetches ₹264 crore per acre in Hyderabad’s Raidurg

Underscoring Hyderabad’s emergence as one of India’s most dynamic real estate markets, plots auctioned by the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) were sold at ₹264 crore per acre.

The TGIIC achieved a strong outcome through its e-auction of Plot No. P1 in Raidurg, generating ₹1,386 crore from 5.25 acres of prime multi-use land. Plot No. P1 (5.25 acres) was auctioned against a reserve price of ₹175 crore per acre – a 50.9% premium over the reserve price.

The auction also marks an increase from TGIIC’s previous Raidurg auction in May 2026, when land was sold at ₹237 crore per acre. The latest transaction has taken the price to ₹264 crore per acre.

The auction was conducted through the MSTC e-Auction platform, with JLL acting as the transaction advisor. The process saw participation from developers seeking land along Hyderabad’s business and infrastructure corridors.

Vice Chairman and Managing Director of TGIIC, K. Shashanka, said the auction result reflects the confidence of the developer community in Telangana’s development plans. He said the participation and competition during the process showed market interest in Hyderabad as a business destination.
