The Boston Celtics (2-1) hope to stay hot as they welcome the winless Brooklyn Nets (0-3) to TD Garden on Tuesday night.
It’s the second night of a back-to-back for the C’s, who are coming off a lopsided 134-99 victory over the Chicago Bulls. Payton Pritchard led the way with 28 points, including a 19-point third quarter in which he shot 5-for-5 from 3-point range.
The Nets were blown out in their most recent game against the Indiana Pacers on Sunday, 136-109. Brooklyn has just one win against Boston since March 2023 — a 113-105 victory at TD Garden last season.
