Iran has nominated Pakistan as a potential country for the transfer of its enriched uranium stockpile, reported العربية عاجل (Al Arabiya).
A Pakistani source speaking to Al Arabiya stated that Iran has nominated Pakistan as a potential country to transfer its enriched Uranium stockpile if it helps end the war.
The proposal is being discussed as part of the ongoing diplomatic and technical considerations linked to US demands related to Iran’s nuclear program. However, no official confirmation has been issued by either Tehran or Islamabad regarding this claim.
The development comes as chaos has returned to Hormuz after Iran again closed it as US has so far refused to withdraw its own blockade of Iranian ports.
Some reports said various oil tankers have reportedly taken heavy fire while crossing Hormuz and had to turn back.
