Spanning five uniquely themed celebrations, Meet and Ayushi’s pre-wedding festivities at Karjat were a showcase of immersive design by WeddingSutra Favorite – Bhoomi Events & Planners. From global-inspired experiences and Mediterranean charm to vibrant fiesta vibes, Parisian glamour, and Bollywood flair, each event offered a fresh visual narrative while seamlessly tying into the larger celebration.
The festivities began with ‘Around the World’, where guests were welcomed into a travel-inspired experience complete with airline check-in counters, boarding gates, destination signage, custom passports, and luggage-inspired styling. Designed as the starting point of the weekend, the entrance set the tone for the themed celebrations that followed.
The celebrations then transitioned to ‘Sunshine in Santorini’, recreating the timeless appeal of the Greek islands with whitewashed architecture, blue accents, blooming bougainvillaea, and Mediterranean-inspired styling. Signature blue doorways, floral arches, and fresh blooms created a bright, elegant setting that captured the relaxed charm of the Aegean coast.
Inspired by Spain’s iconic La Tomatina Festival, ‘Hola Fiesta’ brought a playful burst of colour to the celebrations. Oversized tomato installations, rustic market-style displays, vibrant floral arrangements, and a charming barn-style lounge created a lively atmosphere, while statement décor like the signature red Vespa added character to the space.
The mood shifted for ‘Night in Paris’, where contemporary Parisian glamour took centre stage. Pink neon installations, dramatic lighting, statement florals, and fashion-inspired elements transformed the venue into a stylish after-dark setting with subtle casino-inspired touches that elevated the celebratory mood.
The celebrations concluded with ‘Bollywood Night’, inspired by the glamour of vintage cinema. Marquee entrances, film cameras, spotlights, cinematic props, and elegant floral styling welcomed guests into an evening of music, dancing, and entertainment.
Reflecting on the vision behind the celebrations, Dinesh Pandya of Bhoomi Events shares, “We wanted every event to feel like a completely new experience while ensuring the celebrations flowed naturally from one theme to the next. The focus was on creating immersive spaces that brought each concept to life and gave guests something memorable to experience throughout the weekend.”
