TV Blackbox can reveal FOXTEL Business has secured a new exclusive partnership with beIN SPORTS, bringing a wide slate of premium international football and tennis back to licensed venues across Australia after a six-month absence.
Under the agreement, FOXTEL Business will become the exclusive distributor of beIN SPORTS’ three linear channels in pubs and clubs nationwide, restoring access to major competitions including LALIGA, Serie A, Bundesliga, the English Football League and the Carabao Cup, alongside leading tennis events such as the ATP Tour, WTA Tour, Davis Cup and Billie Jean King Cup.

The deal strengthens FOXTEL Business’ sport offering in commercial premises, with the company claiming it now delivers more than 50 live sports across its venue platform.
The addition of beIN SPORTS gives licensed venues access to some of the most sought-after international football and tennis content without requiring any new equipment or major installation changes.

Steve O’Connor, Managing Director of FOXTEL Retail, Wholesale and Commercial, said the agreement would make it easier for venue operators to bring more premium live sport to customers.
“This partnership is a major win for licensed venues. FOXTEL Business customers can now choose to add beIN SPORTS to their account without the need for any costly additional equipment or disruptive set up,” he said.
“Simply contact our service team to add the subscription to your FOXTEL Business account, and it’ll be on your screens in seconds.”
O’Connor said the beIN SPORTS package would sit alongside Fox Sports and ESPN as part of a broader commercial offering that already includes AFL, NRL, Formula 1, Supercars, cricket, golf, netball, NBL, NBA, MLB and NFL, as well as pay-per-view events.
“beIN SPORTS brings some of the most in-demand European football and tennis competitions to pubs and clubs, adding more crowd-drawing sport alongside our offering,” he said.
beIN SPORTS Australia Country Manager John Armitage said the partnership would reconnect fans with major overseas competitions in a communal viewing environment.
“We are delighted to bring beIN SPORTS back into Australia’s pubs and clubs through FOXTEL Business, whose extensive national reach and deep experience across licensed venues make them the ideal partner to deliver our lineup of premium European football and tennis at scale,” he said.
“Together, we are reconnecting fans with all the intensity of Europe’s top leagues and the drama of the global tennis calendar in the shared environment of their local pub or club.”
The agreement forms part of Foxtel Group’s broader push to strengthen FOXTEL Business as a year-round sport and entertainment solution for commercial venues. The company says the service is now available in more than 4,000 pubs and clubs across Australia.
