Delhi High Court judge Justice Tejas Karia on Wednesday (April 23, 2026) recused himself from hearing a PIL seeking contempt action against AAP leaders Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia and others for allegedly uploading and sharing clips of the court proceedings.

The plea by advocate Vaibhav Singh said the AAP leaders shared clips of high court proceedings on the recent high-profile case of Mr. Kejriwal’s plea seeking recusal of Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma in the liquor policy case.
