The petitioner alleged that the morphed photographs were circulated on social media and displayed on physical banners during a protest in Delhi. Despite an FIR registered by the Delhi Police Cyber Cell, the plea states that authorities and social media platforms failed to remove the content. The petitioner cited targeted harassment, constant mental trauma, and severe threats, moving the court for immediate removal of the manipulated images.
