Japanese anime media site Febri has recently revealed the cover illustration for Saito Atsushi Animation and Illust Works, the upcoming art book featuring the works of SHOSHIMIN: How to become Ordinary and Love Live! Superstar!! character designer Atsushi Saito.
Aside from SHOSHIMIN‘s Yuki Osanai and Love Live Superstar!!‘s Kanon Shibuya, the illustration depicts Soaring Sky! Precure‘s Cure Sky, BLACKFOX‘s Rikka Isurugi, and one of the characters from Eve‘s “Heart Forecast” music video. Saito said in a repost that the final version may have minor tweaks.
Saito Atsushi Animation and Illust Works is scheduled for a June 26 release in Japan and is listed with page count of 232 on Amazon Japan. The Ichijinsha-published art book’s description says that focuses on the works that Saito participated in as a main staff member and includes hanken/official promotional illustrations, key frames, and character design drafts.
